 Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Inspection & Exchange Policy (Defective Items Only) Returns or exchanges are strictly limited to cases involving a clear manufacturing defect or the delivery of an incorrect item (a completely different color/product, not a digital shade variance).

2. Digital Display & Color Accuracy At Hadiyah, we pay meticulous attention to detail. All products are photographed and manually color-graded to match reality as closely as possible. However, please be advised that different screens (iPhone, Samsung, etc.) use varying display technologies. This may cause colors to appear warmer, cooler, or brighter than they are in person. These variations are a technical characteristic of the customer's device and do not constitute a product defect or grounds for a refund.

3. Immediate Reporting Requirement (Same-Day Policy) Any issues must be reported on the same day of delivery. To initiate a claim, you must provide a clear video demonstrating the defect in natural lighting. Once the delivery day has passed, the transaction is considered final, acknowledging the product’s integrity and full compliance with the advertised specifications. No exchange claims will be accepted thereafter.

4. Product Condition For an exchange to be processed, the item must remain in its original, sealed packaging. It must be unused and unopened to maintain the quality of our delicate fabrics and to comply with public health and hygiene standards.
